Autumn/Winter 2012

The starting point of Baum und Pferdgarten´s Autumn/Winter collection, 2012, is the subculture Mod which began in the late 50´s moving into to the early 60´s. The collection is characterized by typical elements used by the mods´ such as the Parka Coat, short jackets, slim suits, cropped trousers, A-line shapes, and of course the Italien scooter; represented in an iconic print of an over accessorized Vespa scooter.

True to the DNA of the brand the Autumn/Winter collection 2012 is rich on prints. The signature print is a dark palm trees print, in blue and black, used on feminine silk tops and pleated skirts and dresses. Other prints are an abstract print inspired by palm leaves as well as a significant scooter print in black and rose on kit, which is used on short and boxy silk tops, dresses and scarves. The main colors are Deep Bourgogne, Cognac. Light Grey and a variation of nude colors. The cooler side of the color scheme is Midnight Blue, Bright Turquise, and Lemon Grass.
